Now that the concept has become accepted and well-known, lenders have been starting to make loans on condo hotels, both to domestic as well as international buyers.

Up to 80% financing, 20% down

30 year fixed mortgage, ARM's

Keep payments lower with Interest only loans or 40 year Amortizations
